免费创建自己的gpt-4 Telegram Bot
首先创建一个coze账号：https://www.coze.com/，然后在coze里create bot，选择gpt-4模型，添加需要的插件：

Publish to Telegram
Publishing your Coze Bot to Telegram is very straightforward! Follow these steps to configure and chat with your Bot on Telegram anytime.
1. Create a Bot in Telegram
Search for "BotFather" in Telegram, and click "Start".
Enter the
/newbotcommand to @BotFather.
Input the Bot's name (which can be changed later) and a username (a unique identifier for the Telegram Bot, which cannot be changed later).
After completing these steps, you have successfully created a new Telegram Bot!
2. Configure Telegram Bot Token
- Copy the Bot Token from the @BotFather in Telegram.
- Go to the Coze bot publishing page, and click "Configure" on the right side of the Telegram platform.
- Paste the Telegram Bot Token and click "Save".
Once configured, your bot is ready to be published!
3. Publish the Bot
- When publishing the Bot on Coze, select Telegram and publish.
- After publishing, click on the Bot link provided by Telegram @BotFather to start a private chat with your Bot! 🎉
4. Chat in a Telegram Group or Channel
Add the Bot to a Group or Channel
- Get your Telegram Bot link from @BotFather.
- In the Telegram Bot, click on "..." at the top right corner > "Info".
- Click on "Add To Group or Channel" and select a group or channel.
If You Are a Telegram Group or Channel Admin
- Click "Add as Admin" to add the Bot to the group or channel (the Bot will be granted "Admin Rights" by default).
- In your group or channel, @mention the Bot to chat with it.
The Bot needs "Admin Rights" to send and receive messages
Required by Telegram, the Telegram Bot must be granted "Admin Rights" to receive @messages and reply in groups. So, make sure to grant Admin Rights to the Bot.
Removing other permissions for the Telegram Bot (like "Change Group Info", "Delete Messages") will not affect the Bot's message sending and receiving capabilities, but Coze does not use these permissions.
If You Are Not a Telegram Group/Channel Admin
- Share the Telegram Bot link (provided by @BotFather) to the Telegram group or channel admin, and request the admin to invite the Bot to the group or channel.
- Or, add the Bot to group or channel first (the Bot will be granted "Member Rights"), and request the Telegram group or channel admin to promote it to Admin.
